 Pick-Up Date:
All pre-ordered arrangements will be available for pick-up only on the specified date. We are unable to hold or refund orders that are not picked up on time, so please mark your calendar!​

 Same-Day Orders:
A limited number of arrangements will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day orders are subject to substitutions based on what’s still in stock, so we always recommend pre-ordering to guarantee your favorites.​

 Custom Pick-Up Dates:
Need your flowers for a specific day? We’re happy to help! Please email us or fill out our inquiry form to request a specific pick-up date. We’ll confirm availability as soon as we can.​

 Pick-Up Location:
Pick-ups will take place in Galt or Livermore. The exact address will be emailed to you during the week of your scheduled pick-up.
