Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please refer to the following guidelines: • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the event: You may cancel or reschedule your booking with a full refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the event, a 50% fee of the session price will be charged. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event or failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of the full 100% fee of the session price.
